1 Corinthians 3:1-17
We think we are the farmers of our own personal life. Yet, in calling ourselves believers, we are God’s “field,” our job is to grow and provide fruit. Paul’s rebuke to the church in 1 Corinthians was clear; they were refusing to take a posture of learning and growth. We must take care of how we nurture and cultivate the Word of God, and take care to build upon that foundation. Who is building into us, and who are we building into?
