Michael grew up in a Christian family in Southern California and came to know Jesus at an early age. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Pastoral Studies and received his Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Prior to coming to Morgan Hill Bible Church, Michael served on the pastoral staff at The Moody Church in Chicago, IL for 13 years, where he gave leadership to their Sunday Night Service and Student Ministries. Michael has been married to his beautiful wife Kristin since 2010, and they have two daughters, Arya and Emilie. Michael loves cycling, mountain biking, reading, and hiking. Together he and Kristin have visited over 45 US National Parks since they were married, and love to travel and explore all over the US and the world. Michael loves getting to lead the the team at Morgan Hill Bible Church and be a part of what God is doing in the South Valley.

Ricky was born in Los Gatos and raised in Morgan Hill. Ricky grew up in a Christian home and made faith his own after his freshman year of college. He received his undergraduate degree at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ricky received a degree in Pastoral Care Ministries in December of 2013. Before joining on staff at MHBC, Ricky served as the Youth and College Pastor at Newspring Family Church in Jenks, Oklahoma, for 3.5 years. Ricky is married to his beautiful wife, Rachel, and has three daughters, Charley Rose, Ava Grace and Lily Rae Sage. His favorite things to do are spend time with his family and be outside, which includes hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing and skim boarding. Ricky's favorite part about ministry is being able to witness "AHA" moments; when Jesus becomes real to that individual.

From New York City, Caleb holds a Bachelor's in Music Performance and a Master's in Worship Studies from Liberty University School of Divinity. He played a key role in founding Highlands Church in Paso Robles, CA, and served there for seven years. Later, he became the Lead Worship Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church, a multi-site church in Gilbert, AZ, and then the Executive Director of Creative Arts at Waters Edge Church in Yorktown, VA. Returning to California, Caleb founded a creative studio, helping businesses grow through a considered approach to brand building and management. Ultimately his heart is for people to discover that Jesus makes life better, and as we follow him, we get better at life. Caleb loves serving at Morgan Hill Bible Church, as they strive to tip culture of the South Valley toward Jesus. He is married to his incredible wife Summer and they enjoy exploring new destinations through their travels.

Anthony was born and raised in Gilroy, California. He grew up in a Christian home and went to Monte Vista Christian School for middle school and high school. It wasn't until after high school graduation that he took Jesus seriously. He encountered Jesus and entered into a vital relationship with him. He has an A.A. in Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University and plans to further his education in the future. Before joining the Morgan Hill Bible staff, Anthony served at a church in Gilroy as a youth pastor for junior high and high school students for 4 years. He is married to a wonderful woman, Emily, who is by far God's greatest blessing in his life. Anthony loves doing anything fun and active: sports, video games, board games, hiking, sport clay shooting, archery and biking. 

Ben was born and raised in the Bay Area. He came to know Jesus at an early age and knew in high school that he wanted to be a pastor. After getting his degree in math from UC Davis in 2003, Ben jumped right into vocational ministry, serving as a youth pastor for 4 years and as an associate pastor for 12 years. He also spent a year working with troubled youth as a counselor and a year delivering packages at FedEx. Ben received his graduate studies diploma from Western Seminary in 2015. Ben has been married to his lovely wife Laura since 2006, and they have three children - Micah, Gabriel, and Ava. Ben loves disc golf, board games, good food, dad jokes, and spontaneous adventures! Ben is excited to be a part of the team at Morgan Hill Bible Church, getting to focus on how we can be a church FOR our city and FOR the world!

Shani was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received her B.A. in Communication Studies and Theatre from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Spiritual roots were planted by family and church, but it was in college where her faith in Jesus became her own. After marrying her husband Dave (27 years and counting), she spent 7 years working in public relations at San Jose Repertory Theatre before leaving to focus on raising two fantastic humans, Siena and Luke. Shani has been serving in kids ministry for over 15 years, substitute taught for 9 years at The Charter School of Morgan Hill and joined the staff at MHBC in 2015. Shani loves hanging out with Kids Ministry volunteers (the most fun people at church) and partnering with families to help their children discover who Jesus is and what it means to trust and follow him with all your heart.

Suzy and her awesome husband Steve have called Morgan Hill Bible Church home since 2004, when, as newlyweds, they moved to Morgan Hill from San Jose.  In 2006 and 2008, they were blessed to welcome 2 amazing kids into their family, Katie Mae and Sammy. As a family, they love traveling and exploring new places, eating good food, going to the theatre, and football. Go Hawks!  Suzy graduated from William Jessup University with degrees in Bible and Theology and Christian Education and a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty University.  She has taught in the classroom at Valley Christian Schools for 14 years, served in many ways at MHBC, and been a busy stay-at-home mom for 12 years.  Personally touched by His great ability to heal years of brokenness in her own life, her passion is studying and teaching the Word of God to convey the hope that Jesus has to offer for every situation. 

Roy was born in New York State but grew up in San Jose. He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's in Industrial Technology and later earned a Master's in Vocational Education. In 1991, Roy retired as Commander after 29 years of combined active and reserve duty in the U.S. Navy. In addition to his years of service to our country, Roy taught electronics and robotics for nearly 30 years at both the high school and college levels. Roy and his wife of more than 40 years, Lee, have attended MHBC since 2000. In addition to serving as a community group leader and elder, Roy serves as Director of Pastoral Care where his heart for people and passion for seeing them connected to the body of Christ and encouraged in their walk with God is fully expressed. When he isn't ministering at church, traveling or spending time with his grandkids, Roy enjoys gardening or spending time on the golf course.

William met the Lord Jesus Christ at a young age, serving God in his country of origin before emigrating to the United States in 1989. In 1991 he joined a Shalom church in the San Francisco Bay Area and served the Lord for 15 years as coordinator (pastor) of the church in San Jose CA. William graduated from California Christian University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in theology. He co-founded Iglesia Nueva Generacion Elim in Morgan Hill CA in 2019 which then became a part of Morgan Hill Bible Church and was renamed Iglesia Biblica de Morgan Hill. He and his wife, Ana, have been married since 1989 and are the parents of 4 children: Josue, Erick, Chris and Georgina. William likes traveling, going to baseball games (go Giants!), having coffee with friends and spending time with his family. He feels that serving God is the greatest privilege he has ever had in his life.
