Ever feel like throwing it all away to just get what you want? That's how David felt. He made a decision that led him to stumble and commit adultery and even mass murder. David threw away his identity in order to have what he wanted in the moment; a beautiful woman. We may be tempted to "take" when we see something that is "good." Yet we are called to have a mind among ourselves, which is ours in Christ Jesus. Christ's power is what enables us to repent and change.
