What are you searching for? There is something all mankind is seeking and longing for, but many times it is sought in the wrong places. We are all looking for God, but many of us simply use Him as a safety net and run after what we feel is more tangible. Just like Israel, we are afraid for missing out on our hearts desires, even if that is not God. Ask yourself this, what is it that you require in addition to God to feel happy, secure and fulfilled? That will point to what is king of your heart. Just remember, when you have other kings beside God, they will tyrannize you.
