Power. Do we truly recognize the great power of prayer? The problem is not that prayer has been tried and found wanting, the problem is that prayer has not been tried. Prayer is the fuel that keeps us going; if we do not have fuel, we do not go! James is saying if you want your faith to be lived out, it starts with fervent prayer. How much more do we need to pray?
