What does it look like to have a relationship with God? We read in 1 John that he wants us to have confidence and it starts with relationship. God wants to have fellowship with us, and part of that means fellowshipping with the body of Christ so that we can have joy. But why don't we have fellowship? Why is it that our experience of fellowship doesn't match up with what Scripture says?
